Fish Curry
Fish curry is food to consume with rice. Fish curry inclusive of main food for daily. Having eat without fish curry is tasteless. Every woman in Minang must know how to make fish curry. It is not too difficult and need accuration.
The ingredients we need are coconut milk, union, chili, saffron leaf, lemon grass, grind of saffron, grind of ginger roat, garlic and fish. Do not forget to add salt to make fish curry taste good and delicious.
We also need some tools to make fish curry are frying pan, spoon and stove. I is possible to use big frying pan especially frying pan to making fish curry. If it is not, the frying pan will not intercept many ingredients in it.
The first thing to do is fry union and garlic in frying pan with oil. Then add some chili and mix them for a while. After that, put grind of saffron and grind of ginger roat, stir them until completely, mix and pour coconut milk. Cook it until boiling,. Finally, put fish in a batter of a coconut milk. Wait it until the fish is ripe. Do not forget to add salt.
Therefore, fish curry is nice food and include is a main food in daily. It is not too difficult to make it but the fish curry is delicious to eat.
